i went to my doc's last week for a basic checkup, blood work, this and that...
he calls me before and tells me my cholesterol is 335 lol
my doc is like "with everything you know and your experience in the medical field, how retarded are you to have high cholestrerol" lol
so i just ordered a grilled chicken garden salad...i fucking HATE lettuce...
bye bye fast food, cherry valley, steak, burgers, cheese fries, soda, feta cheese, and everything fucking delicious on this planet...![]()
at least i can still eat some good 'ole pussy![]()
i would appreciate input from all the health freaks and gurus on possible foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner...thanx![]()
