Wow I am sooooooo sore already,
did 3 rounds of 25 pound kettle ball swings, kettle bell snatches, kettle bell snatch press.
10 each, both hands.
then 3 rounds of 35 pound same excersice did 5 reps each excersice both hands, then did 3, reps , then 2 reps then 1 rep each excersice, switch to the 25 pound and do 3 more rounds of 3. All while doing this in between each round you have to jump rope.
this ends with a mat swim, laying flat on your stomach, you pull your body as if you were butterfly stroking using the palms of your hands to move yourself to one end of the dojo and back, then finalize it with a medicine ball crawl, feet wide apart, bent slighty at the waist, all weight on a small medicine ball which you have to manipulate with your hands and roll foward without falling or loosing contact with teh ball, all the way to one side and back.
Damn i came home and passed out, I never take afternoon naps.
