    Protein Shakes

    I always get hungry late at night & don't wanna eat too late.
    So I rather have a shake.

    I was using Muscle Milk when I lived in Miami but someone said it's not that good for you.

    No milk please...Can't drink Milk.

    Any suggestions?

    A protein shake isnt going to fill you up unfortunately unless it has some sort of blend in it. If you want to stick to just WHEY I would say to add a few onces of 1% Fat Free milk in it along with water.

    I would stay away from the Muscle Milk....

    Lean Body Light is good. Optimum Gold Series Whey is what I use.

    You should maybe try and bump up your fiber intake later on at night, you wont be so hungry.

    casein protein is the best for nighttime its slow digesting and u wont get hungry as fast GNC AND VITAMIN SHOPPE HAVE IT YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

    muscle milk is so bad for u way too much sugar and sodium.. if you are gonna take a protien shake . i would take w whey protien and take it with water instead of milk....if u dont like the just put ice in the blender makes it cold..

    gnc sucks they way over price there shit and never anything u want vitamin shoppe is the shit

    Yea water is the best but she wants to take it as a meal so she doesnt get hungry thats why I suggested a few onces of the 1% Milk. I know after I have a shake I am starving 1-2hrs later.

    Oatmeal is good...good carbs and high in fiber (not sure which one you got though). Quaker Weight Control Banana Bread is what I eat every morning....really good.

    Yogurt is a good snack as well, just make sure its light and not loaded with sugar.

    my bad lol she can have a naural peanut butter with protein shake and water iusually take 1.5 scoops of nautral butter with my shake.

    probolic sr is good at night add some natural penutbutter and some efas and ur good to go

    Get designer "weight control".. has fiber and fat in it to fill you up and keep you covered all night.

    they had a product called lukiek or something like that it was basicly arginie and shit product was off the hook and that trac extream was good just too expansive

    trac w no has alot of sugar didnt but protein are pretty good
