stretch and get a good pair of running shoes.
It is incumbent on you, yes You, to educate yourself to a sufficient extent that you are in a position to evaluate information issued from a position of authority. You are supposed to be able to recognize silly bullshit when you hear it.

You can roll them out with a massage tool, they have this massage roller at my gym that I use when I get them. It is extremmmmely painful in the beginning, but it will roll them out, and you'll be able to do your cardio again. You have to apply pressure and roll over the affected area for atleast a minute to roll them out. Unless you have a high tolerence for pain, it's probably not for you.

I think I am becoming a masochist from doing this.

I stretch before I work out, and after...I wear Airmax 180s to run also. Should I switch to NB or Asics or something????

Could it be bc there is not enough shock absorption in the treadmill?
