Anyone take taurine in a pill? Did you see results?

taurine is in alot of energy prducts out right now. i dont think its any better than drinking a cup of black coffee

taurine is natural (eggs, milk, etc.) and its good for your heart

Are using it purly as an energy supp? Let me know how it works. i take a b complex with amino ginsing ginko etc... midday i hit the red bull, but that shits a quick fix.
