i've been riding the stationary bike that we have @ my house for the last few days...
started off on the first day only doing 10 mins (2 miles)....now i've moved on up to 15 mins (3 miles) im sure ill be up to 20 mins etc.. soon![]()
....and this is coming from me, someone who hasnt "technically" done any cardio in years!
(aside from the occasional, but not constant, swimming)
