Yea man I havent been since sat. Honestly I have slept more in the past 2 days then in the past couple of months. I felt great saturday. All of a sudden weak as hell. I hate it.

yea i caught something at work on Fri. it carried into the weekend until yesterday. i feel ok today. havent slept much too. my eye is twitching LOL

Just got back from the gym. Feel great!! Yessss i think thats exactely what i nedded. It took me a minute to get warmed up but my energy level feels great right now. Now its time for rest. Got to keep the immune up!!

I felt sick on Sunday Night but I still went to the gym Monday and it passed by Tuesday. My stomach was all jacked up, though. Couldn't keep anything down and felt tired.

went to the gym yesterday and cranked out a solid workout. legs are sore as fuck today
