    Energy Booster....

    So I try and do cardio when I get home from work, but I always find myself so damn tired from getting up at 5 am and not getting home till 5. Whats a good way or something healthy I can take to give me a boost and get me on the treadmill easier??? I at least do it twice during the week but would like to double that.

    apple, coffee.......honestly 85% of the battle with cardio is just starting it. Just get on the treadmill and worry about having the energy to finish.

    yea i agree with you 100 percent. getting on the machine is the hardest part. the first 10 minutes are a struggle but it def gets easier. i would have banana. coffee is a must!

    I def agree its just the initial push of getting on it. Then I am fine. So I am gonna try and drink a cup of coffee today before I leave work. I have about a 30 minute bus ride and then get home and go right to the gym.

    start taking b12 3x a day- it will give your body an overall boost

    the rest-its in ur mind. just make it part of ur routine and when u r there tell yourself, "im only doing 30 minutes of cardio. i need to make this the strongest 30 minutes of my day"

    I used to take one before the gym and I think it was more mental then anything, but it gave me energy to run run run, and killed appetite, since I was hungry aftr work and usually wanted to eat before gym, but that wou;d tire me out and kill my momentum and I would never get there,

    the first 3-4 times i went to the gym last week i was exhausted and didnt drink any coffee
    last night i was so beat, but i drank some cuban coffee and WOW, i was a maniac on the elliptical lol.. made such a difference.
