I know there are no magic pills for weightloss, but i am looking to purchase anything and everything that will help me be healthier..(and/or skinnier)
As you all know i am currently dieting and working out about 4 times a week.
This is the list ive compiled based on some recommendations--is this good? too much? too little? Am i missing out on something crucial? I dont want to go overboard either.
