Does anyone know how to effectively burn muscles while staying in shape? I think I'm too muscular and want to trim down to have more of a slender model physique than a weight lifter physique... Would cutting out all weight lifting and just doing cardio do it? Or just very light weight lifting with high reps and a lot of cardio? Should I cut back on my protein intake (currently eat about 1g of protein for every lb I weigh) to stop facilitating muscle growth?
