OMG!!!!
oh this is a wrestlers excersice did it in school the other day. i can't even move.
1 person holds the heavy bag upright the other lowers the level and "shoots in" (wrestling move where you dip your front leg to the floor drag the other leg up" grab the bag lift it and slam it.
across the whole school.
then you lay the bag on the floor, you squat grab it in a bear hug and explosively lift it up over your left shoulder as if you were suplexing a person, grab it again now over the right shoulder, and move across the school matts. do this 3 times each. omg vomit time.
