    HEavy bag Flips

    OMG!!!!

    oh this is a wrestlers excersice did it in school the other day. i can't even move.

    1 person holds the heavy bag upright the other lowers the level and "shoots in" (wrestling move where you dip your front leg to the floor drag the other leg up" grab the bag lift it and slam it.
    across the whole school.

    then you lay the bag on the floor, you squat grab it in a bear hug and explosively lift it up over your left shoulder as if you were suplexing a person, grab it again now over the right shoulder, and move across the school matts. do this 3 times each. omg vomit time.

    i do these in muay thai like once or twice a week.


    a lil differently tho. i have to flip it from one side of the room to the other, then back to the middle, tehn mount it for 1 min of fast ground a pund, then side mount it for 1 min alternating knees.

    i wanna puke sometimes lol

    yeah nice exercise is it the one where u grab a bag as if it had u in "headlock" position then flip it over your shoulder??

    thats awesome.

    we do this other thing too (I train MT too, mma, bjj) in class we will do steps, so for instance we go
    10 straight punches 10 clinch and knees now spin around and grab your partner in a reverse bear hug yoru partner goes completely deadwight limp, and you drap him backwards around teh school, then back to punching and kneeing 11 straight punches and knees, drag again, 12, drag, 13, drag up to 20.....i almost passed out last time. my partner outweighed me by 40 pounds.


    another great thing we do is arm bar drills where you go from one arm bar on the left side to the right side back to the left side back to the rgith side, then have your partner stand and do the same for 5 minute rounds...

    1 more thing we did was these pushups on a small medicine ball, 1 arm on the ball the other on the mat, you go back and forth but when you transition your hands you must have 2 hands on the ball for a split second for that rep to count.

    brutal murder. i leave class going.. im never coming back.. "Hey later chris.. see you tom? absolutely!" thinking. WTF is wrong with me?
