Found out the cause of my back troubles

MRI revealed two disk herniations and a small tear. YESSSSSSSSSSSS

Was advised to stop lifting weights, but strengthen my abs, back, thighs and hams. I ordered a body blade today. I'll post vids, lol

alot of people fail to realize that MOST back problems are due to lack of abdominal strength

    hope you feel better bro
It is incumbent on you, yes You, to educate yourself to a sufficient extent that you are in a position to evaluate information issued from a position of authority. You are supposed to be able to recognize silly bullshit when you hear it.

Thanks, I actually feel fine. GOt the MRI because I was curious. Guess better to find out that way, rather than just getting hurt again, lol. My abs were never that weak, but I really gotta work them now
