Lately I have been eating 2 hard boiled eggs, and 2 links of turkey sausage every day for breakfast. Are eggs every single day potentially bad for me in any way?Should I mix it up? It is not that I am bored bc I am not, I love the taste, rather I am just looking for suggestions.
