    Need some breakfast ideas..

    Lately I have been eating 2 hard boiled eggs, and 2 links of turkey sausage every day for breakfast. Are eggs every single day potentially bad for me in any way? Should I mix it up? It is not that I am bored bc I am not, I love the taste, rather I am just looking for suggestions.

    eggs are not bad for you. eat up and enjoy!

    i eat 2 eggs and brew some green tea
    then mid morningish snack i eat either a fat-free fage yogurt, or some kashi cereal with skim and lots of fresh cut up strawberries with splenda (SO GOOD)

    those are usually my mornings

    how about switching it up with some oatmeal too?

    or maybe using the eggs to make an omelette, and add some veggies like spinach, onions or even mushrooms in it

    MORNINGSTAR sausage pattys with your eggwhites! you have to nuke them for 30 seconds on each side, but they are sooo delicious and good for you too.

    orrr try the flavored eggbeaters, like cheese n chives, garden vegetable, or southwestern...still very healthy but have a different flavor...its like an omlette already made in a carton

    I eat the same thing everyday basicially u should eat the same foods daily to get your body used to eating for FUEL not FUN

    Mornings the same egg whites 6 to 8
    2 pieces of cheese
    2 pieces rye or whole wheat toast or cup oatmeal
    9 years give or take a few days of eating other shit but I stick to the routine

    Kashi makes great cereals & have it with fat free milk.
    Oatmeal w/ some whey protein powder or nuts & raisins.
    I only do egg whites and it isn't bad for you if you just eat the whites.
    Chop up some veggies for the week, keep 'em in a tupperware and make yourself egg white omlettes. It takes less than 5 mins.

    two pieces of cheese? thats a lot of fat for no real reason aint it?

    i crack a dozen eggs into a bowl. stir them up and scramble them.

    do you have to add anything to them? especially those flavored ones?

    I have only ever used egg beaters in recipes...never on its own.
