    do you guys work out when you're sick


    I cant.... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i'm taking it easy til monday...slacker time!

    I've been sick for the last week, & I went to the gym the last 2 days and probably going today and tomorrow too.

    I do, but I usually end up making myself worse. If you decide to go, just go easier until you feel better.

    I just got over from having the Flu..:( :( You know I'm sick when I don't go to the gym,lol.. Last year my gym bitched to me because I worked out when I was really sick

    the gym is not a clean place theres more body fluid around there then my apt when a floozy comes over yessssssssssssssssssssssssss
    plus when u train your body becomes worn down and u become more susceptible to gettin sick

    Happened to me once...my old trainer flipped out cause I had the flu & was doing cardio

    depends how sick i might be. if its just a cold...i'll still go work out but u gotta make sure u dress warm now when u leave the gym sweaty. i'll also sit in the sauna for 10-15 minutes just to sweat out any toxins from my body. it's all good if u just stay home. I just feel guilty if i miss the gym.

    well, what about if i rode my stationary bike? or should i just give it a rest for a day or 2?

    You can do some low intensity cardio on the bike depending on how you feel. But remember, REST is an important key in weight loss and muscle gain. Listen to what your body is telling you.
