anyone else having joint pains in the past week due to the change in weather?
my wrist is so messed up and my ankles are killing me. my lower back seems fine but my neck continues to get stiff.
anyone else going through this type of stuff?

'arthritis' like pain
4 pm. wall to wall traffic. im gonna have jump on the willy to go pick up mommy so you will have to take the express bus home. 4 pm. wall to wall traffic.

In yoga they teach you to do hand clenching and wrist bending to help ease the pain. It also helps prevent arthritis in the future.

I got this really bad almost two years ago. I went and got bloodwork done and found that I had a vitamin d difficiency-I went on prescription vitamins and I still get pain when it's too cold or very humid but it's not that bad anymore.
try and load up on vitamin d and see if it helps.Pop Off!

could be a number of things.... if you have had blood work done and it isnt arthritis, fibromyalgia, or lupus then it could very possibly be athralgia. athralgia is a very similar pain to arthritis, only it isnt inflammatory like arthritis.
