I go to the one on franny lew in bayside. i go late at nite and there are no guido juiceheads or women all dressed up in makeup

i think its great. kinda gloomy, but I like it no distractions.

no warning...I heard they also accpeted cash memberships for the year the day before..

id be more inclined to work out with sacks of rice in my basement then ever return there,


best was LL used to work out there, and I even used him for a Spot once (I had to be THAT guy), guy is cool as shit, and works out for hours on end ,

yup, theres one across the street from where I train. I love it there but there is no f'n A/C....just a bunch of fans blowing BO everywhere.

I used to go to the one by the Roosevelt Field mall in Garden City. I heard they were havin problems so I opted to get outta there and also a 24/7 gym opend up nearby so that was the deal maker. I liked that particular PH while I was there, it was gloomier than your basic fashion show gym but it was not a shit hole either, it was perfect. Real people doing real training, loved it.

its ok to be that guy I just dont lift enough weight to have to ask for a spot lol
