I just got my MRI results and I have a slap tear of the labrum. My doctor recomended 6 weeks of rehab before he does sugery to see if it will heal and get better. Anyone ever have this type of injury or know someone who has done rehab and had success?

I just look at my leg and tell it to heal or else

i know 4 people with this injury.
2 got the surgery, both recovered just fine. took a year, but thats cuz they play baseball.
the other is a plumber his pt was unsuccesful but he cant time off.
the only person I know who recovered succesfully was a female hs softball pitcher.
hey man its worth the try to do it conventionally, 6 weeks is a drop in the bucket compared the recovery time from surgery
