    nom nom nom cheeeeese...




    I remember there are alot of cheese heads like me here

    This weekend the hubby and I went to Delicious Orchards in NJ and picked up a few cheese favorites... gouda, creamy harvarti, parmesan reggiano and a new one we tried for first time.... vienese fontinella

    Anyone ever try fontinella... it is good!

    interesting.. never heard of that kinda cheese b4.. but oh how i looooooooooove cheese..

    they should open up a cheese factory with all the diff kinds of cheeses of the world available for taste testing hehe

    i had grilled provoleta last night, basically fried ooey gooesy delicious provolone cheese sprinkled with oregano and other herbs..... amazing it was an argentine style dish
    walk in the rain, smell flowers, stop along the way, build sandcastles, go on field trips, find out how things work, tell stories, say the magic words, trust the universe.

    parmigiano reggiano is def the best... luv it and all its sharp nuttiness. The fontinella cheese has a salty sharpness and kinda reminds me of this cheese a little bit which is prob why it was luv at first site

    Cortonese....Goat Cheese.....Aged Cheddar....Brie....Ricotta!!!

    I put Ricotta on just about everything.....mmmmmm Ricotta and Nutella sandwhich! LOL Sounds gross but tastes like Tiramusu! LOL


    My brothers best friend works at a large cheese factor that his uncle owns....so my dad goes every Friday to get cheese...OMGGGGGG he sends my dad home with bags of cheese.....it's so bad but soooooooo good!

    Gouda and brie are always on my cheese plates. I'm also a big fan of manchego.
    Last night during the debate my friend served this horseradish cheddar cheese - YUM!
    And there are just so so many delicious Italian cheeses...parmigiano reggiano, caciocavallo, taleggio, mozzarella
