Do you find yourself gaining weight or not being able to budge the scale during that time of the month?
I broke my ass this week with diet and exercising and I cant fken get the scale to move a fken dot.
I know some women get bloated and hormones just fk us up no matter what we do but I never had a weigh in day during this time and this week sucked weigh wise.
Today was measuring day, if it wasnt for the inches I lost I would probably go out of my damn mind right now
Hopefully next week the work I did will show on the damn scale
