I was really on my way, lookin' damn good, lost 9 lbs. in 5 weeks. Then yesterday I f-in' pinched a nerve in my neck. Worst pain in my fuckin' life as of now!
Just had to vent...

I usually work through my injuries, I know it’s not the best thing but I take a few advils and icepack after and grin and bear it.
