    The last one was the best. Those bench presses were bad, who the hell spots like that? I always have someone stay with me when I go heavy. And whats with people letting the person struggle with the weight like that? The bar is uneven and what not....thats bad.

    those skinny twirps shouldnt even be trying to lift so heavy on the bench.....especially when the spotter is a human skeleton.

    Yea, but a lot of power lifter use a false grip like that. I used it too up until about a month ago. I think its mental to be honest, I feel a little stronger with my thumb wrapped around the bar actually. But I do use a false grip every now and then, just got to break the habit.

    ill do it on warm ups but no way am i taking the chance when i am doing heavy lifts its not worth the chance
