    Question What kind of exercise...

do you suggest with a healing pinched nerve in my neck? I can't do much of anything, but I feel so sedentary and I can't take it.

Anything light I can do? Suggestions!

jogging is pretty hard on the body.

why dont you try a chiropracter to loosen that nerve off the bone?

I've been adjusted every day since it started. It's helping a little bit, but the chiro' says it'll take 2-3 weeks before it heals 100%.

I was thinking walking is all that I can do. I guess it's better than nothing, right?

I live in Miami, always a perfect day.

Bike riding though, I don't think I can lean over to hold the bars -- that's using my whole upper shoulder/neck...

I suggest rest. 15 reps. let yourself heal. Don't fuck around with a pinched nerve, especially in your neck (or back)

If you have pinched nerves you should see a physical therapist and let them tell you what to do.

I'm seeing a chiropractor and he said to do nothing, literaly. I'm kind of going against what he says, because I don't want to stop my activity/personal goal. I rest all day, I can't take it anymore!

i would def take his advice. i just had surgery, ill tell ya from experience your personal goals are going to be a lot harder to achieve when you have severe injuries that werent taken care of

ive had a pinched nerve in my back the doctor said rest but low intensity walking is fine or i wouldnt of said anything riding the bike might act it up since your holding on to the handle bars
