    Bacon Wrapped Char-grilled filet mignon

    2 slices turkey bacon
small bottle zesty Italian salad dressing
    2 beef tenderloin fillets
    2 tablespoons steak sauce
    2 teaspoons water

Pour the salad dressing into a shallow pan, place the steaks in the pan and let them marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Prepare a fire in a charcoal grill. Wrap a strip of bacon around each steak, securing it with a toothpick or kitchen twine. Grill the steaks over hot coals for about 8 minutes per side (5 minutes per side for rare). Baste with a mixture of steak sauce and water. For perfect steaks, turn them only once

MARINATING NOW> ILL POST PICS LATER

Love the filet part, not the rest of the ingredients, especially the turkey bacon and italian dressing. It's such a delish cut of meat, I couldn't bear to put turkey bacon on it.

if you are going to be taking pics of food you change the setting to "gourmet", i dont know the technical terms, but the pics just come out better..

does your camera have a macro setting? (usually it's a magnifying glass or a flower) you should put it on that if you're going to be taking pictures so close up
