sucked that one of the top chefs went home! I think its a sign of clear talent whent he harder things are easier and the simple things seem hard for a person.

I also have a problem with Leah, because she's sooo unsure of herself all the time. She's not a bad chef but her self doubt makes her seem like she's worse than the others.

Jaime (sp?) surprised me with the fact that she was a bit intimidated. She always looks pulled together and knows what direction she's taking her dish in and this time she seemed a bit flustered. These kind of personality issues can cost a good chef to go home. Gotta be self assured and believeeve in what you're doing. a lot of the times they're forced to sell their dish and the dishes can be equally good but the person who sells it better leaves a better impression.
