So I'm in Korea, where all they consume is white rice by the ton and not so healthy food. They feed us lunch at work, sometimes its healthy and up my alley, but other times I just can't eat it. I wanted to bring lunch to work instead, since I really want to get on my strict/healthy eating. They don't believe in microwaves here, so whatever it is I bring has to be able to be consumed cold or room temperature.
What is your suggestion for cold or room temperature lunches? I've been making bean and chicken salads, cans of tuna w/ veggies on the side. Pretty boring!![]()
