and melted pepperjack cheese.
I tried to replicate a favorite burger of mine from "Blitzburgers" in New Brunswick. They call it a Southeast Asian burger w/ shiitakke mushrooms, herb cheese, scallions & asian sesame dip.....here was my quick take on it. Def not chef status, but the foreman grill was collecting dust.
Sauteed the scallions & mushrooms (which were blanched in warm water), added the Teriyaki BBQ sauce, a little Peanut oil & drippings from the Bubba Jalapeno burger....that dripped down from the George Foreman grillHealthy huh.
Toasted the bread, deep fried the fries....finito. Shit was bangin.
