but dont want all the sugar....
just pour yourself a bowl of kashi cereal or cheerios....and sprinkle on lots of cinnamon
trust me you will never eat cereal plain again

btw i just had some kashi with cinnamon, sprinkled in a good handful of raw oats and some fresh strawberries with some cold skim milk
