    Question The Wat in Chinatown

Anyone ever take boxing or muay thai boxing there?

heard from a friend whos taking classes there and loves it, just wondering if anyone else has heard reviews.

I thinking of going to take a beginners muay thai class there this saturday and check it out

I trained there a few times, they have a good thing going.

As far as cardio, it doesn't matter. Nothing will ever prepare you for the torture you will soon induce. Just get in there and do it.

you should get some gloves to help with your workout, it'll prevent you from bruising your hands.

good gym for the serious fighter , although i have heard that beginners get left behind
The world needs people like me to remind them of their collective stupidity. If you look at this objectively, I'm actually doing the world a favor by exposing flaws they otherwise might just let roll past, perpetuating a cycle of stupidity.
