    Helping/Hurting? diet..

    I barely ate anything today. How bad is that for you if you are trying to lose weight? Helping/Hurting?

    This is what i ate today:

    Danon light and fight yogurt
    green apple
    banana
    granola bar
    Very small portion of chopped turkey meat and veggies

    I think thats it

    dude crossfit and low calories (lower than maintenance) is very hard to do.
    It is incumbent on you, yes You, to educate yourself to a sufficient extent that you are in a position to evaluate information issued from a position of authority. You are supposed to be able to recognize silly bullshit when you hear it.

    I dont know what your eating daily so i cant tell u whats wrong
    your goin down u told me and your doin crossfit which is high intensity training
    u eat nothing u will get fatigued unless your cheating

    Me? lol i am not cheating. Usually i will eat like 6 or 7 small meals a day and stay int hat zone where i am not hungry and not full. Yesterday was tough with work and i ate an adderol so i only ate what i posted above. I was just wondering on days like that if it is hurting me much.

    DK - I didn't train crossfit yesterday. If i did i definite would have had a nice dinner when i got home..

    It is a small amount lol. That was my whole point. My question really is, since my main goal is weight lost, is one day like that in the middle of all the other high protein days, hurting me much, or is it not so bad?

    one day isnt the end of the world but its not good...not eating enough will slow down your metabolism, caused your body to store what it does get as body fat...
