    Crossfit Strength Bias

    DK i think you may have mentioned this somewhere in a post. Have you tried it out? I was reading about it the other day, I think I might want to go with this instead of going back to a strictly StrongLifts or Starting Strength program for Fall/Winter--I've been making some good progress witht he CF the last few months and dont want to fall back, but I need to focus on building some strength and getting my squat up..

    i know a lot of people on CFSB and making serious progress

    Our strength went through the roof on this cycle. Amazing results that have lasted even after being off of it now for 3 months. many people don't do the program right though. You should really listen to Jeff Martin break it down on CF Radio. Be careful cuz it takes a real toll on your body.

    still working out at nysc unfortunately. making good gains and progress tho. the CFSI halted due to him not having weights, so every time i went there, it was like HIIT and i ddint want that. Its unfortunate he lost everything. im sure once he gets the stuff back then ill eventually mosey on down there.

    I told everyone what it was and why we were doing it and we just did it. I alternated between an entire week of 3RMs and 5RMs. We did not do a lot of the gymnastics work which was a huge mistake. It's a key component. Also, we would either do our own programming or adjust the mainsite WOD to fit the timeframe for that day (10min., 15 min., or 20 min.). CrossFit Football is basically CFSB. You could also use the CF Football WOD with the CFSB program because the timeframes fit perfect.
