DK i think you may have mentioned this somewhere in a post. Have you tried it out? I was reading about it the other day, I think I might want to go with this instead of going back to a strictly StrongLifts or Starting Strength program for Fall/Winter--I've been making some good progress witht he CF the last few months and dont want to fall back, but I need to focus on building some strength and getting my squat up..
