Anti Aging - Tips for staying young?

I'm getting older. I realized this when the first grey hairs started to appear on my head. I try to eat a well balanced meal and exercise everyday but I find myself still being tired. My doctor said it was just part of aging. He recommended a book for me. Great advice and I recommend everyone read it.

What are some of your ways to fight aging? Personally, I quit smoking 5 years ago and it was one of the best things to happen to me. People were commenting about how much better I looked. I could definitely feel it too. For anyone who needs help, I recommend Allen Carr's "Easy Way to Quit Smoking"

    Anyone else have some tips?

Stay away from stress and get enough sleep.

Yea I believe stress is a biggie, you have to learn how to relax and not let everyday shit get to you. That includes stressing about aging, it's only a number. Everybody around me bitches about getting older while my view is im 29 now and i look and feel better than I ever have, and that trend will continue for some time.

The obvious parts to add to this are diet and exercise.

The closest thing to fountain of youth is diet exercise and attitide.

    1) get sleep
    2) stretch stretch strecth
    3) don't party (leave that for young kids)
    4) drink lots of water
    5) eat less food, don't gorge get more carbs from veggies than breads and pastas
    6) don't train harder train smarter, ( you don't need to squat 400 plus pounds as you age, every so often sure, all the time no, ramp up the high intensity work outs, build on the solid foundation you made as a younging, and build up the stamina and cardio)
    7) stay away from alcohol (except the occasional Red Wine)
    8) take vitamins, fish oil, and glucomsamine
    9) get some sun daily (not too much tho no one likes a coach luggage bag as a face)
    10) fuck age its a number, this coming from someone 34 with a 6 pack. ;-)

if you take care of your body, and don't abuse it in pacha late nights eating, drinkning and huffing whatecer you can find youll be good for at least another 15 years without any problems.

30's are the most crucial time to set the stage for the rest of your life. you can still build tons of muscle in your 30's just do it the right way everythings a little stiffer than before, so warm up alot.

    hope that help.

29 is still young, 35 is still young, you can even argue 45 is still young these days. my aunts 90 shes got at least another 10 years in her, and at that rate our generation will live to 110
