I am not sure if that 55 dtil back end is for fha, but def for conventioal

we have only been getting approvals on back end dti for conventional at 54.99 for a while already. anything over that we go fha. the highest back end we can do is 63 with alot of comp factors

Yea it is coming down to 49. on conventional and i am not sure about fha
