deadlifts on the 5/3/1 scale. this is the "5" week. did that as seen in the video

    then moved onto

    power clean - 5 x 3
    leg extension - 5 x 10
    leg curl - 5 x 10
    pullups - 5 x 6-10

    superset.

you usin pronated grip or reg grip, palms in, when im goin heavy i reset after every lift, wehn goin high its understandable to reset if your grip is slackin

i was strapped in with double overhand grip, i prefer this vs the traditional over/under.

i should probably be clear. when im going for "as many reps as possible" with a given weight, i prefer strapped in double over hand. when i just doing sets of 5, ill do over/under.

Its preferred to have hands the same over the under over but it all depends on the person

i agree. when i do rack pulls or partials, ill almost always strap in with double overhand. same thing with shrugs.

i cringe when i see people shrugging with an over under grip

the under over or pronated grip is bad for your shoulders in the long run u have to switch hands every lift i u wanna do it right
