Check this out. Last year as i do EVERY year, i did my moms taxes. Well, she recieved her 2008 Federal Tax refund but never recieved her 2008 NY State Refund which was $1700. Now the IRS sent the money to New Republic Bank, but THEY accidently deposited into someone elses account. How, nobody knows, but i have the tax records that i filed so i KNOW, we ALL KNOW that the account that they deposited the money was NOT the account i listed in her return. Well, after a YEAR of going back and forth this fucken stupid bank tells me that Chase will not return them the money and therefore.... they will not return it to my mom!!!!!
I have proof of what i filed, i have proof that it was never deposited into my moms account. We ALL AGREE that they made a mistake and deposited the funds into someone ELSES account, but they can NOT return the funds to my mom. This is so bizzarro. I cant believe i have to hire an attorney to get these funds back!!![]()
