i eat in williamsburg every wed night, either planet thai, sea, this mexican place we like or this other pub style place with great food.

I wish I could say the same for me, Culinary School has definitely done a number on me. Not real bad or anything, but I have gained some weight, and now I am trying the South Beach Diet to lose some weight, I think it might actually be working, only been on it a week though.Originally posted by dani

oh god the south beach diet looks sooo hard.. well my bf is a personal trainer.. so he has taught me.. to be able to eat what i like but make it healthy.. like when we eat pasta its whole wheat.. he never cooks with better thing like that

Yea the less the amount of carbs the better I guess, I am startin to realize that. Its just my belly that has gotten bigger, thats it. I am not huge or anything, I still fit in my size 34 pants, but don't want to settle for 36.
