barbell complexes are pretty good at conditioning you as well

    example:

    1 power clean
    1 front squat
    1 overhead press
    1 back squat
    1 overhead press

repeat without letting the bar go, for 4-6 cycles.

    shirts option, obvs

I surf everywhere but my home base is a few area of NJ shore-it is not always about getting up early-it is totally about the tides -there will be days when the best surfing is right in the afternoon-storms also add an interesting mix too-right now I am laying low until march-I cant stomach the winter surfing locally

i been using an indo-board for like a year bc i got this itch to get into surfing.
i figure id o a little research, get a board and a suit, and hit up spots. just need to figure out the spots and times and im set.

i dont pay a gym membership. enough $ is spent on activities and i actually DO it.

if anyone is looking to get into a sport that requires a shitload of balance like skating or surfing... this will get you ready for it.

i got a regular board with a cylinder and the rubber bubble pad.

I dont know about earplugs -water doesnt bother me so I cant help there-if u go at low tide waves will be easy/tiny so no major wipeouts would happen

forgive me but I dont know if you are a guy or girl but especially if you are a girl I would not rent a suit -you dont want to catch any nasty skin things from it to be blunt- either wait until water warms up a bit or just buy one if you think you are going to be in the water often-I spring full body is best cause you can use most times-in summer you wont need anything but a rash guard-you can get a suit $100 that will be plenty good-I have some winter suits that were a few hundred but for the most part sit in my closet as I hate surfing brutally cold water

Cardio is most favorite exercise. Cardio exercise is for weight lose and make perfect body shape. If you want to make huge muscles then only cardio will not work, you will need weight lifting exercise with cardio. Treadmill is my favorite work out in Cardio becasue it is helps to get flat stomach.

I do it. 4.5mph fast walk 1.5 minutes, run to a 9mph for 30 seconds then repeat five times. I don't compensate for slowing down or speeding up. I don't really get weird looks everyone is on their headphones watching TV. Unless of course you flail and fall off the treadmill.
