do you take your pulse often? i been doing it upon awakening and going to sleep for a few years. also throughout the day... like if i am sitting and my pulse is high i get up and walk it off and breathe extra deep for a few.
i always knew it wasn't something a late-20s person does, but those in their 30s, i think it should be more common.. right?
does anyone here practice taking their pulse?
u might be surprised at how certain types of anxiety can be relieved.
(every other time i take my pulse i take my BP too but thats probably irrelevant for this age group---- if anyone does take their BP- holler out)
