Go to www.kayak.com to get some pricing BUT I always book directly thru the carriers site. Continental and Jetblue always guarantee the cheapest price on their site, not a travel site.

It depends on where you are flying and from where? International? Domestic?

Binoy's advice up above is great if you are comfortable booking your own travel. If you need someone to do it for you don't hesitate to contact me.

I don't know if she still comes on here but try PMing Vix (she's the travel forum mod) and see if she responds. She's a travel agent and a great sweet girl. I'm sure she would be a great help.

Wow that is very sweet of you. A little shocked a bro like you can't book your own flight. I've booked dozens and dozens of times online and always find the lowest rate possible (no jew)...if i can do it, so can you. I've found it's best to use orbitz or expedia, find who is offering the best rate and then book directly on that carriers site. Then see if someone like Southwest, Jetblue, or carriers that you have to book directly fly to that airport.

    You're welcome and good luck.

I don't get why people would still use a travel agent, i guess unless you're a complete retard.
    * I really am as awesome as I appear.

Actually last 2 vacations i booked thru a travel agent and they beat the online price by like 150 dollars. Plus they gave good insight to where i was going (PR) as to where the Hotel was in relation to the city and where to eat and what to do etc... i think travel agents are good for that purpose. For like visiting family or something they are useless tho

Exactly. The value that we add with the insight of where we have been and the experiences we have had is priceless.

It is difficult for someone to head out on a vacation and be in a new country every few days with a new language, new customs and new rules.
