Anyone here into steeping tea from leaves and all that?
Does it taste THAT much better?

My mom got me into it and her and I are big fans of Teavana. Where I make a cup of Salada tea or get a Starbucks Chai most nights (I can't drink coffee at all. No matter if I drink it at 7am, I'll have a racing heart at 2pm and won't fall asleep til 4am. It's terrible), I save the Teavana blends for when I'm in the mood for something different because it can get costly. They have a great steeping cup where you put in the leaves or mixed blend and add hot or cold water and let it steep. There's a strainer in the cup that catches everything. I love it and think it gives much better, stronger flavor than say boxed tea bags.

i was reading about the benefits of white tea but it seems the only real way to get them is with real tea not shitty bags.

its also really easy for me to make at work. I have a commercial coffee maker at work but I dont use it anymore because I got tired of people requesting me to make them a fresh pot for a cup of coffee

tea is easy just need to keep some sugar on hand I already have the hot water dispenser and over the last 2 years I have pretty much switched from coffee to tea if I drink anything after I leave the house in the morning.

try the white tea- its supposed to be the least caffeine

Green tea has awesome benefits as well. I like to drink it plain and cold in the summertime. Great antioxidant which prevent free radicals causing cellular damage to the body.

Have you ever had bubble tea?

im not a huge tea drinker, I drink a lipton or some other bagged tea but thats about it

I enjoy french press coffee more then regular coffee, I like the full flavor better- I can imagine drinking some real steeped from tea leaves having the same effect

I prefer real leaves to bags.. only use Lipton when run out or stores around don't sell real tea.
