-italian pasta salad
- mashed potatoes - for 14 ppl....a bit nervous abt this actually. going to try keeping them warm in the slow cooker.

We are having prime rib at my house.. my stepmom and I are cooking.. she's cooking roasted potatos, the meat, and a salad. I'm gonna cook green bean casserole, stuffed shells, and this Red velvet cheesecake
