Cell Phone Insurance?

Anyone have this for theirs? Anyone have positive or negative experiences making claims?

I've always had it. Coverage is pretty much comprehensive; broken, lost, stolen, whatever. Depending on which provider you have you will probably pay $50 or $100 for a refurbished phone. If you still have the phone, it hasn't been wet, and the screen isnt broken, there's a good chance you can get a refurb for free with some kind of warranty claim. That gets a little trickier though. Insurance is easy, you can even file a claim online at www.phoneclaim.com.

Been trying to find a company that can insure my iPhone while traveling. I don't have a contract. I use State Farm to insure my computer, camera, and everything else but they don't insure phones for whatever reason.

I always had insurance on my phones.. I had a nextel replaced a week after I lbought it back in 2003..

I cracked the screen on my verizon dare while snowboarding a few years back.. They shipped me a new one and I wasnt there so I signed a slip for fedex to leave it at my door.. They left it the next day and some dbag stole it off my porch before I got home from work.. No problem though, put another stolen claim in and another new phone was there in 2 days.. Always buy insurance! $7 a month is a small price to pay for peace of mind..
