Rocco speaking at the next graduation.....

at my school. that is for the AOS program. They usually get a big Chef or someone in the industry to give a speech at each graduation every three weeks. I can't wait to see how this goes over here, a lot of people here think he is a huge sell out. I will probably go to hear his speech though.

he sucks imo, def agree about sellin out his restaurant is just hype in my opinion haven't been there but looked at the menu and wasn't impressed at all..

yes i think rocco is very cute..

however i have such a hard time watching the show.. i used to work in a restaurant for 5 years.. and the worst is when you are in the weeds.. on every show.. the whole time they are.. because the place has such a bad system.. watching that is like watching foot ball for most people.... i constantly yell at the tv and tell them how to fix things.. hahah

It doesn't help having those cameras all over the place either. THey are a huge distraction and keep people from doing what they need to be doing.......work. And the worst part was that a bunch of them were out of work actors or wanting to be an actor so they want as much on screen time as possible. In this business there is not much time if any to sit around and do nothing. Too much time was spent entertaining for the show.

That plus numerous other things like poor service all together and probably miscommunication in the kitchen between stations so on an order on thing gets done before another and it sits waiting for the other plate. I saw this on the show a lot.

im addicted to the show now, ive been watching reruns all the time on the bravo channel in the middle of the night hha...id still rape rocco, although hes a big jerk

but yes, the whole chef thing does play into my attraction for him mmm
