haha while I agree that a 20mph limit town wide is obsurd, this takes the gold medal for talkin out your ass as far as her reasoning goes. This moron needs to re-learn to drive manual if shes really coasting in 4th gear at 20mph. Hopefully she knows this and is just combining any and all arguments she can imagine up.

Most cars are at their most economical at approx 57 MPH so making them drive at 20 MPH will increase the emissions no matter what engine size, But then these Green eco idiots are brain dead when it comes to the facts of anything, This green religion gets more stupid by the day.
