    olympic length triathlon in Costa Rica is my goal. Maybe a half Ironman if I can lose some weight.

    All signed up for 3 off road triathlons as well.

    green belt testing later this month, just trying to get my cardio up for that. It was a weak point when I got my last belt, and this test is harder, lol. Will probably do a few more 5k obstacle courses. Missed out on the sign up for tough mudder because I slept on signing up.

    Gym is fucking pakced this week, lol
    Goals are at an all time high (for now) with my felloe peoples
    I really don't need to improve anything with weight lifting...maybe even tone it down because of my back injury last Nov
    I did start lifting my old highs from this past year, again this week
    I really want to foucs more on getting my cardio up
    I believe I am going to apply to be on Survivor 2013 and if I am going to outlast, out wit and out snake everybody on the island for 39 days.....I need to get my cardio as elite as possible and mentally get my mind prepared........maybe take up Yoga for this

    Hopefully doing a show out in Vegas in April. Jay Cutler classic at the Palm's. First show, novice... Non-qualifying show but i'm just trying to get my face out there and get my feet wet. Another show but thats in November Las Vegas Classic. As they say "LEGGOO"

    going to work back on my strength training, but being a bit smarter about my approach. injury last year set me back a good amount so im going to slowly work back in the volume and take small jumps on the iron. keeping it simple, 2-3 movements a day, low reps and medium reps. hoping for some personal bests int he coming month

    Had a set back last night when doing shoulders press

    Tried to go back to my normal high weights.....felt a little spratic feeling on my back...was not that bad, but did not want to test it after that....still finished up, but guess need more time with ease, with shoulders and back.....everything else is back to normal

    for you shoulder injury guys, I have started doing my shoulder workout in reverse, I start with rear delts, then work middle delts, my last exercise is pressing. I don't get as much weight up doing this but I have ensured that my rotator is well stretched and warmed up and I haven't had sore shoulders in months.

    tabs, what kind of injury did you have?

    i used to have all sorts of shoulder episodes. nothing major that required surgery, but my shoulder girlde was weak. i started adding in some serious overhead work, focusing on form and really activating the rear delt on the movement. adding in some handstand pushups against the wall and even some kettebell/dumbell unilateral work, and now my shoulder girdle is stronger than it has ever been.

    i also find using bands prior to working out any muscle is a major help for me. especially on shoulder days and bench days.
