Im 31 i sleep an average of 3-5hrs (somtimes 6, rarely 8hrs) a day, i go out alot, i dance alot, i work full time, yet people tell me i look so young sometimes late teens or 20's lol. Ive never smoke, i dont drink (except wine on a special occasion) and i never did a drug in my life. I dunno if the same can be said for them lol.
