I want to lose about 16lbs in the next 5 months. I am work out about 3 to 5x a week depending on work schedule. I am not on a strict diet as of yet, I am a very picky eater. My meals do mostly contain somekind of grilled chicken or tuna. I snack very rarely. Does anyone have any suggestions on what shakes I can make at home and or what items I can get from GNC etc to help. BTW I do a min of 30 mins cardio everytime I do work out. I am pretty new to this so any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
