    Diet and SHake suggestions to lose weight.

    I want to lose about 16lbs in the next 5 months. I am work out about 3 to 5x a week depending on work schedule. I am not on a strict diet as of yet, I am a very picky eater. My meals do mostly contain somekind of grilled chicken or tuna. I snack very rarely. Does anyone have any suggestions on what shakes I can make at home and or what items I can get from GNC etc to help. BTW I do a min of 30 mins cardio everytime I do work out. I am pretty new to this so any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

    You honestly don't even need a shake to lose 16 lbs in 5 months.

    eat right and sweat a lot and you'll start noticing a difference in the next 30 days. But if you are just looking for a protein shake to add then just pick up a tub of whey protein, I just don't think it should be used as a meal replacement, use it in addition to a good diet.

    Yes, diet and shake. Change your diet completely, lifestyle, not fad diet. And shake your ass to the gym. Diet and shake.

    Hi mjp22,
    You want to loss weight in 5 month then you strictly follow suggested diet. Avoid fried food and fat. Start workout and take walk of at least 5 miles per day. Also try hcg diet plan, it is good and safe.
