my injury is due to me being stupid and NOT using good form. i was a wreck for months, thats why i didnt post.
My 2 injuries was one on me (maybe to many pull ups) than to much back at the gym (that is how I pinched a nerve)

The shoulder injury was a freak injury playing football.....again after I could have rested it but I went back to the gym shoulder

My post was more everybody is different...There is no set rules for everybody with resting or what ever results u want to get
I want what all men want, I just want it more

pretty much, but i still think some basic principals apply when one wants to get stronger, bigger, leaner etc.
It is incumbent on you, yes You, to educate yourself to a sufficient extent that you are in a position to evaluate information issued from a position of authority. You are supposed to be able to recognize silly bullshit when you hear it.

He never actually said.He was more worried about the nerve and the fact I had the problem for about 5 months and didnt come in. I mean I thought it was something else to me a whole to realize. He was scared I could have created nerve damage from constant pinching for the extended period of time.

It was weird going it took 4 sessions to get it straightened out. My legs werent lined up right one was longer than the other and the left leg wanted to slightly point in it was weird. I had no idea. Alot of it was pushing by leg. I would lay down sideways on the bed bring the leg up and he would push it oppisite direction. So much cracking.

Seems like all that "wll if you are using so called perfect form" did not prevent possible injuries
That is the best way to train tho abs. Everybody is different but those are basic fundamentals to success. However to much of one thing is not good. The injury stemmed from something outside of the gym and it was made worse from going to the gym. I am kind of sick in the head when it comes to the gym with an all or nothing attitude and I was doing that with a problem which made it worse.

sounds like SIJD which is a cause of nerve impingement etc. I had that, did a ton of stretching and even had some adjustments. its still not 100%, but its much better than it was. is your gait off when you walk?

Its all straight now....but it was. It was honestly one of the most depressing things to deal with it sucked.
