No, it's. A pretty sweet car, great ride and pretty fucking comfortable. Its a Lexus, you can't go wrong. A beetle is a girls car.

I'm on my 3rd Lexus. I have an ES350 now and love it but the mileage is getting up there. Nobody is ever in my back seat except my dog so I don't need the extra room. Wouldn't mind having a little sportier of a car.

when the lease was up on my wifes e350 the is350 was a shittier lease, and for me compared to the es350 it felt like a much cheaper car

It would def be an upgrade compared to what I have now. I don't even have navi. I am looking used for sure, 08 or 09. Not looking to lease or finance, just buy outright. I've always stuck to Lexus because my uncle is a toyota mechanic. Even if I have to come out of pocket for something, it will be minimal.

My friend is selling this 250 for $20,000. Auction car but get a small warrantee because he's a dealer.

I know, and I do more than I should. I actually picked up a GL500 which was my dream car for the past 4 years. I hated it and sold it in 2 months. Whenever I get a car I say I'm going to hold on to it for a few years but that turns in to no more than 6 months always. I can't remember the last time I renewed an insurance policy on the same car.

IS350 is a dope car, especially if you drop some F parts in there. Thing can come out pretty sporty looking. The only thing that sucks is it's auto only so you gotta be sure you like the feel of the tranny. Obv most people want auto anyway so they don't care about that, but I still prefer to drive a car so this does affect my decision.

The IS is a great car... the 250's are dog slow but the 350's have nice decent horsepower now. My sis has a 07 and has had zero problems... My only complaint is the drivers area is a little tight and im only 5'10-175... anyone who is 6ft+ would be crampeddd. Id def take an IS over a 328 bmw any day of the week

You're comparing the high end vs the low end. I would def rock a 350 but i'm still takin a 335 before an IS350. It's just more well rounded and a better drivers car. That being said, BMW's def pocket rape you so the IS is the better value.

When I had the SC430 and LS460 and had to get oil change they would give me the IS250 as a loaner. I didn't like it much due to poor acceleration but I believe the 350 is a lot more powerful and with the right mods it can look nice. I guess test drive it and compare the price with other makes for the same price like the 3 series and Audi A4. I loved both my Lexus, never had 1 problem with them, so reliable, and comfortable. considering the new GS in the future but not sure how I like how the new back of it looks.

Ill correct myself then... id still take an is250 over a 328.. or is350 over the 335i... the bimmers are really just so boring to drive. Unless its an m3 of course

the is350 aint a cheap car, you start to get into areas where other cars look more appealing.
We drove the following back to back : IS-GS-ES, all brand new at the time, and there was a HUGE difference in feel between them with the IS feeling like a turd ( when compared to the other 2 )
Funny enough there was NOT a huge difference between the ES and the GS and they looked so similar it just seemed like a waste of money for the GS. The GS is selling like shit but I'm wondering how this new version will do.
