I finally hacked my Xbox360 the proper way (best xbox360 hack ever!)

so with my old xbox360 hack I had to flash the DVD drive on the xbox, then download games via torrent, burn then to duel layer blank DVD then play them.

My new hack, I throw in this new chip (Xkey) into my xbox. The chip attaches to this LCD box that has a USB port. I then download games to an external hard drive (any drive or size (upto 2tb), I don't extract the game files or anything, just leave them as they are (ISO files). I then plug in my hard drive to my xbox via USB through this xkey LCD box and then just select which game I want to play. Its so simply and sick, I love it!

You can either select the games you want to play through the supplied LCD unit, which has 3 buttons, up, down and enter, or you can use your xbox remote to select the game you want to load through the "Picture" section of the xbox dashboard. You can also bypass the chip so you can still play Xbox live without getting banned.



I had a 1 tb drive, I just got an external case for it that has USB3 port built in for $20.00, then got a PCI USB3 card for my PC from radio shack for $10.00. This way i can copy games to my drive 10 times faster then USB2.
The 1tb drive can hold about 120 xbox360 games. If you run out of space you can add a USB hub for multiple hard drives.

The hardest thing about adding this hack is extracting the DVD key from your Xbox, you need to use Jungle Flasher: http://www.jungleflasher.net. You then dump the firmware.bin file to the chip via minisd card which it comes with.

yes but you have to deactivate the chip, I never tried it with the chip in "on" mode.
